CPI Corp. today commenced its previously announced Dutch auction self-tender offer for up to 1,500,000 shares, or approximately 19.0%, of its outstanding common stock, at prices ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per share, or a total of $25,500,000 to $30,000,000 if CPI purchases the maximum number of shares.

The only downside in the site I found is that it has some fabulous images, but at the end there is a photograph of the author that could sure do with some digital altering to brighten it up a bit.
